Приведены сравнительные данные диагностических возможностей этих методик.</p></sec><sec><title>ЗАКЛЮЧЕНИЕ</title><p>ЗАКЛЮЧЕНИЕ: Знание критериев дифференциальной диагностики злокачественных новообразований желчного пузыря и желчных протоков, понимание преимуществ и лимитирующих факторов различных диагностических методов позволяет интерпретировать характер и распространенность выявленных изменений, определить тактику ведения пациентов.</p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><sec><title>OBJECTIVE</title><p>OBJECTIVE: This article demonstrates the resolution capabilities, distinctive features in visualization of gallbladder and bile ducts pathology using computed tomography (CT) and magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) as illustrated by a clinical case.</p></sec><sec><title>MATERIALS AND METHODS</title><p>MATERIALS AND METHODS: Retrospective analysis of CT and MRI methods capabilities in diagnostics of biliary tract cancer was carried out on the basis of a private medical practice case, and modern diagnostic capabilities to be applied in case of pathology of this localization were analyzed with reference to literature sources.</p></sec><sec><title>RESULTS</title><p>RESULTS: This article presents a clinical case reflecting the difficulties in diagnostics of the gallbladder and bile ducts pathology by the CT and MRI and compares the diagnostic capabilities of these methods.</p></sec><sec><title>CONCLUSION</title><p>CONCLUSION: It is essential to know the criteria of differential diagnostics of malignant neoplasms of gallbladder and bile ducts, understand the advantages and limitations of different diagnostic methods to interpret the character and extent of detected changes, to choose the proper patient management tactics.</p></sec></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>рак желчевыводящей системы</kwd><kwd>рак билиарного тракта</kwd><kwd>рак желчных протоков</kwd><kwd>рак желчного пузыря</kwd><kwd>холангиокарцинома</kwd><kwd>аденомиоматоз</kwd><kwd>компьютерная томография (КТ)</kwd><kwd>магнитно-резонансная томография (МРТ)</kwd><kwd>магнитнорезонансная холангиография (МРХГ)</kwd><kwd>рентгенография</kwd><kwd>молекулярное профилирование</kwd><kwd>предрасполагающие факторы</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>biliary tract cancer</kwd><kwd>bile duct cancer</kwd><kwd>gallbladder cancer</kwd><kwd>cholangiocarcinoma</kwd><kwd>adenomyomatosis</kwd><kwd>computed tomography (CT)</kwd><kwd>magnetic resonance imaging (MRI)</kwd><kwd>magnetic resonance cholangiography (MRCG)</kwd><kwd>radiography</kwd><kwd>molecular profiling</kwd><kwd>predisposing factors</kwd></kwd-group></article-meta></front><back><ref-list><title>References</title><ref id="cit1"><label>1</label><citation-alternatives><mixed-citation xml:lang="ru">Ramachandran A., Srivastava D.N., Madhusudhan K.S.
