Рассмотрены ключевые моменты, связанные с формированием УЗ-картины, определены основные УЗ-признаки для возможного малоинвазивного лечения.</p></sec><sec><title>Цель</title><p>Цель: Провести анализ данных литературы по использованию УЗ-метода в диагностике абсцессов внеорганной локализации и оценить дальнейшие перспективы применения методики в клинической практике.</p></sec><sec><title>Материалы и методы</title><p>Материалы и методы: Поиск литературы осуществлялся в открытых информационных базах на русском и английском языках, таких как Medline, PubMed, РИНЦ, еLIBRARY, по ключевым словам и словосочетаниям: «абсцесс брюшной полости», «поддиафрагмальный абсцесс», «подпеченочный абсцесс», «аппендикулярный абсцесс», «межкишечный абсцесс», «abdominal abscess», «subphrenic abscess ultrasonography», «subhepatic abscess», «appendicular abscess ultrasound», «paracolar abscess».</p></sec><sec><title>Результаты</title><p>Результаты: Представленный обзор позволил структурировать имеющиеся данные о диагностике и лечении внеорганных абсцессов брюшной полости, систематизировать и продемонстрировать УЗ-характеристики абсцессов разной локализации, показал возможности метода для их дифференциальной диагностики.</p></sec><sec><title>Обсуждение</title><p>Обсуждение: В окончательный анализ включено 34 публикации, на основании которых были выделены основные современные актуальные аспекты и вопросы малоинвазивного лечения абсцессов под контролем УЗ, ограничения возможностей метода, его первостепенность в неотложной диагностике.</p></sec><sec><title>Заключение</title><p>Заключение: Несмотря на то, что роль ультразвукового исследования (УЗИ) достаточно изучена, некоторые важные аспекты вероятного применения этого метода лучевой диагностики остаются недооцененными на фоне повсеместного использования компьютерной томографии (КТ). Каждый из лучевых методов диагностики имеет свои преимущества и недостатки.</p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><sec><title>Introduction</title><p>Introduction: Тhe review analyzes the possibilities of using the ultrasound (US) technique in emergency diagnostics of abdominal abscesses of extraorgan localization, describes its advantages and disadvantages. The key points associated with the formation of the ultrasound picture are considered, the main ultrasound signs for possible minimally invasive treatment are determined.</p></sec><sec><title>Objective</title><p>Objective: Тo analyze the literature data for use of ultrasound in the diagnosis of abscesses of extraorgan localization and to assess the further prospects for the use of the technique in clinical practice.</p></sec><sec><title>Materials and methods</title><p>Materials and methods: Тhe literature search was carried out in open information databases in Russian and English such as Medline, PubMed, RINTS, eLIBRARY, by keywords and phrases: «abdominal abscess», «subphrenic abscess ultrasonography», «subhepatic abscess», «appendicular abscess ultrasound», «paracolar abscess».</p></sec><sec><title>Results</title><p>Results: Тhe presented review allowed to structure the available data on diagnostics and treatment of extraorgan abdominal abscesses, systematize and demonstrate ultrasound characteristics of abscesses of different localizations, showed the capabilities of the technique for their differential diagnostics. The final analysis included 34 publications, on the basis of which the main modern relevant aspects and issues of minimally invasive treatment of abscesses under ultrasound control, limitations of the technique’s capabilities, its primacy in emergency diagnostics were identified.</p></sec><sec><title>Discussion</title><p>Discussion: The final analysis included 34 publications, on the basis of which the main modern relevant aspects and issues of minimally invasive treatment of abscesses under ultrasound control, limitations of the technique’s capabilities, its primacy in emergency diagnostics were identified.</p></sec><sec><title>Conclusion</title><p>Conclusion: Аlthough the role of ultrasound has been studied sufficiently, some important aspects of the possible application of this technique remain underestimated against the background of the widespread use of computed tomography (CT).
