У пациентов с ишемической болезнью сердца с помощью методик Тейхольца и Симпсона определены объемы и фракция выброса (ФВ%) левого желудочка (ЛЖ). В соответствии с рекомендациями ASE, у пациентов с наличием зон нарушений локальной сократимости (НЛС) ЛЖ методика Тейхольца не должна применяться. Установлено, что у пациентов без зон НЛС или 1-2 зонами акинеза методики Симпсона и Тейхольца хорошо согласуются между собой. у пациентов с тремя зонами акинеза и более результаты измерений объемов ЛЖ и ФВ% не согласуются друг с другом.

In patients with coronary artery disease using techniques Teichholz and Simpson defined volumes and ejection fraction of the left ventricle (LV).
