Диагностика истинных причин боли в области тазобедренного сустава нередко затруднена; рентгенография и компьютерная томография позволяют оценить степень изменений лишь костных структур сустава. Магнитно-резонансная томография позволяет оценить степень повреждения не только мягкотканных и костных структур сустава, но и окружающих тканей, нередко выступающих в роли морфологической причины болевого синдрома, особенно у лиц младше 35 лет. Ранняя и точная диагностика причин болевого синдрома обеспечивает своевременное и эффективное лечение, снижение количества осложнений и случаев инвалидизации пациентов.

Diagnostics of hip pain causes is rather difficult; X-ray radiography and computer tomography allow to estimate the degree of bone joint structures only. Magnetic resonance imaging is able to estimate the degree of alteration both: of soft-tissue structures of the joint and para-articular structures. It’s widely believed that para-articular structures pathology frequently causes hip pain syndrome, especially in the young. Early and exact diagnostics of causes of pain syndrome provides early and effective treatment, decrease of number of complications and causes of patient’s invalidization.
