Рецидивирующий респираторный папилломатоз (РРП) — редкое заболевание, связанное с вирусом папилломы человека (ВПЧ). Заболевание характеризуется наличием множественных папиллом, обнаруживаемых в верхних дыхательных путях, обычно на голосовых складках. Распространение процесса ниже — в трахею, главные бронхи — явление редкое, наблюдаемое в 2–29% случаев, а поражение паренхимы легких встречается в 1–7% случаев. В нашей работе представлены 3 случая РРП с поражением легких у взрослых пациентов, проведен анализ эндобронхоскопических и компьютерно-томографических находок. 

Recurrent respiratory papillomatosis (RRP) — laryngeotraсheal papillomatosis — a rare disease caused by the human papilloma virus (HPV). It characterized by presence of multiple papillomas found in the upper respiratory tract, usually on the vocal folds. The spread of below — the trachea, main bronchi — a rare phenomenon observed in 2–29% of cases, and parenchymal lung occurs in 1–7% of cases. The paper presents three cases of pulmonary papillomatosis in adult patients. CT-scan and enndobronchoscopy findings analysis was provided.
