В особенности это касается метастатического поражения лимфатических узлов латеральной группы лимфо отока. Латеральная лимфодиссекция, широко распространенная в Японии и Корее, связана с риском увеличения количества дизурических и половых расстройств. Предоперационная химиолучевая терапия, выполняемая в России, Европе и США, зачастую оказывается малоэффективной и сопровождается постлучевыми осложнениями. В связи с этим существует необходимость поиска новых диагностических методик, позволяющих выявить истинное метастатическое поражение и факторы риска поражения лимфатических узлов (в том числе латеральных) с целью оптимизации лечебной тактики в отношении данной группы пациентов. </p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Lymph node metastasis, as one of the main reasons of rectal cancer recurrence, currently are significant problem in oncocoloproctology in spite of the updating of diagnostic techniques of tumor staging. This becomes even more important with lateral pelvic lymph node metastasis. Lateral lymph node dissection widely used inJapanandKoreainvolves risk of increasing disuric events and sexual disorders. Preoperative chemoradiotherapy realized inRussia, Europe andUnited Statesis often inefficient and followed by side effects.
