Оценка  МР  методами допплерографии и фазово-контрастной МРТ имела минимальные статистические различия, высокую степень межисследовательской согласованности.  При измерении величины КДО у больных с нарушенной анатомией сердца МРТ показывала более высокие числовые значения, межисследовательское соглашение было ниже. У больных с МР при определении тактики кардиохирургического лечения целесообразно включение МРТ в стандарт предоперационного обследования для более точного отображения объемных показателей и оценки величины дилатации ЛЖ.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Study included the cohort of 292 patients  with mitral regurgitation (MR) and large end-diastolic  volume (EDV) of the left ventricle (LV), was calculated by the methods  of echocardiography  (EchoCG)  and magnetic  resonance imaging (MRI). On the basis of prepared cross tabulations method Kappa statistics assessed degree of inter-rater agreement of the results of measurements of the extent of MR and amount of the EDV. Assessment of MR by dopplerography and phase-contrast MRI methodshad minimal statistical  differences, a high degree of coherence.  When measured  value EDV in patients  with impaired  the  anatomy  of the  heart  MRI  showed  a higher  numerical  values, inter-rater agreement was low.
