В мировой современной практике методы лучевой диагностики часто ограничиваются анатомическим описанием патологии, без учета особенностей этиологии и патогенеза выявленных изменений. В работе проанализированы этиопатогенетические факторы, лежащие в основе внутримозговых нетравматических кровоизлияний, рассмотрены возможности томографии в  дифференциальной диагностике внутримозговых нетравматических кровоизлияний с учетом локализации кровоизлияния и частоты выявления. Помимо этого, в работе проводится разбор наиболее часто встречающихся заблуждений с анализом патологий, которые крайне редко могут являться причиной внутримозгового нетравматического кровоизлияния. В работе приведены типы патологий, которые могут иметь сходные сигнальные характеристики с кровоизлиянием при магнитно-резонансной томографии (МРТ) и компьютерной томографии (КТ).</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Differential diagnostics of non-traumatic intracerebral hemorrhages is a critical area of scientific research and development in neuroradiology. In modern clinical practice, diagnostics are often limited to anatomical description of pathology without taking into account its etiology and pathogenesis. This paper analyzes the ethiopathogenetic factors underlying non-traumatic intracranial hemorrhages, as well as the potential of tomography in differential diagnosis of intracerebral non-traumatic hemorrhages with regard to localization and prevalence.
