Рассматриваются технические аспекты сканирования, преимущества и недостатки различных используемых последовательностей и методик, особенности подготовки и укладки, а также их обоснование. Соблюдение правильной методики позволяет добиться получения качественных изображений, обладающих хорошей информативностью, тем самым давая возможность c высокой точностью оценить степень распространенности процесса, инвазии соседних органов и структур.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>This article reviews the correct methodology of MRI in patients with rectal cancer (RC). The technical aspects of scanning, the advantages and disadvantages of the various sequences and methods used, the particularities of preparation and positioning, and their rationale are considered.
