Д. Каприна и соавт., из 3 630 567 пациентов, находящихся под наблюдением онкологических учреждений России в 2017 г., на долю рака тела матки приходится 7,1%; предстательной железы — 6,1%; шейки матки — 4,9%; прямой кишки — 4,4%; мочевого пузыря — 2,99% [<xref ref-type="bibr" rid="cit1">1</xref>]. От 30 до 50% из этой категории больных первоначально нуждаются в лучевой терапии с использованием высоких суммарных доз, паллиатив- ном или симптоматическом облучении. При этом частота радиационно-индуцированных циститов колеблется в пределах 20–80%. Наличие множества описанных в литературе способов лечения данной нозологии: системных, локальных с применением физических методов, комбинаций разных способов — свидетельствует об отсутствии единой концепции профилактики и лечения этого тяжелого осложнения лучевой терапии.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>According to A. D. Caprin et al., [<xref ref-type="bibr" rid="cit1">1</xref>] out of 3 630 567 patients, uterus cancer accounts for 7,1%; prostate — 6,1%; cervix — 4,9%; rectum — 4,4%; bladder — 2,99%. 30 to 50 per cent of all these patients require radiotherapy with high summary doses, palliative or symptomatic irradiation. Radiation-induced cystitis is diagnosed for in a range of 20 to 80%.
