В исследовании разработан алгоритм оценки клинической анатомии крылонёбного канала пациентов для повышения эффективности и безопасности блокады крылонёбного узла и верхнечелюстного нерва. Приводится результат оценки характеристик 100 крылонёбных каналов по данным конусно-лучевой компьютерной томографии. Проведено сравнение полученных результатов с данными аналогичных исследований.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Computed tomography is required as a rhinologic patients preoperative evaluation method and allows to assess the topographical features of anatomical structures. The study developed an algorithm for assessing the patients pterygopalatine canal clinical anatomy to improve the efficiency and sefety of the pterygopalatine ganglion and the maxillary nerve blockade. We present the result of 100 pterygopalatine canals evaluation using cone-beam computed tomography.
