Введение. Частой причиной ошибок при рентгенодиагностике продольного плоскостопия является нарушение методики выполнения исследования.

Цели и задачи

Цели и задачи: выявить рентгенологические признаки, позволяющие определить нарушение методики выполнения исследования.

Материалы и методы

Материалы и методы. Проанализированы рентгенограммы стоп 53 пациентов, направленные для экспертной оценки. Выполнено ультразвуковое исследование мягких тканей стоп 10 добровольцам.

Результаты

Результаты. Выявлен ряд признаков, позволяющих оценить соблюдение методики рентгенологического исследования при подозрении на наличие продольного плоскостопия.

Заключение

Заключение. Выделены критерии нарушения технических условий выполнения рентгенографии стопы для определения степени продольного плоскостопия.

Introduction

Introduction. One of the reasons for errors in x-ray diagnostics of longitudinal flatfoot is a violation of the method of performing the study.

Aim of the study

Aim of the study. To identify the x-ray signs that allow to determine the violation of the method of performing the study.

Materials and methods

Materials and methods. There were analyzed the X-ray images of the feet of 53 patients sent for expert evaluation. Ultrasound examination of the soft tissues of the feet was performed for 10 volunteers.

Results

Results. There were identified the signs that allow to assess the compliance of the x-ray examination technique, when the presence of longitudinal flatfoot is suspected.

Conclusion

Conclusion. The assessment of compliance of the x-ray examination technique allows to avoid diagnostic errors, especially at the» borderline « values of the flatfoot degree.
