Фиброзная дисплазия — доброкачественный патологический процесс, имеющий различные по распространению и выраженности проявления. Иногда объемы поражения приводят к «злокачественному» течению заболевания. В статье представлен клинический случай пациента с редкой инвалидизирующей изолированной полиоссальной формой фиброзной дисплазии, который поступил в медицинское учреждение в связи с появлением резкой боли в правой нижней конечности и изменение оси конечности. Данная публикация может помочь при проведении дифференциальной диагностики и постановке окончательного диагноза в схожих клинических ситуациях. 

Fibrous dysplasia is a benign pathological process with various manifestations. Sometimes the volume of lesions leads to «malignant» course of disease. This article presents a clinical case of a patient with a rare disabling isolated polyostotic form of fibrous dysplasia. This patient was admitted to a medical center due to the appearance of acute pain in the right lower limb and a change in the axis of the limbs. We present the case of a patient with rare disabling isolated polyostotic form of fibrous dysplasia.
