КИСТОЗНАЯ БОЛЕЗНЬ АДВЕНТИЦИИ ПОДКОЛЕННОЙ АРТЕРИИ

Аннотация

Кистозная болезнь адвентиции (КБА) — редкое заболевание неизвестной этиологии, которое является причиной односторонней перемежающейся хромоты, характеризуется образованием множественных муцин-содержащих кист в адвентиции артериальной стенки и приводит к нарушению кровотока. Болезнь встречается преимущественно у молодых здоровых мужчин, наиболее часто поражается подколенная артерия (85% случаев). КБА может быть диагностирована с помощью дуплексного сканирования, магнитно-резонансной томографии, магнитно-резонансной ангиографии или компьютерной томографической ангиографии. Основным способом лечения является хирургический метод, включая резекцию пораженного сегмента артерии с заменой резецированного участка венозным или синтетическим трансплантатом. Также возможна чрескожная аспирация кист под ультразвуковым контролем. Мы провели обзор литературы по вопросам этиологии, диагностики и лечения этого необычного состояния и представляем клинический случай.
