POSSIBILITIES OF ULTRASOUND DIAGNOSIS OF CHRONIC PLACENTAL INSUFFICIENCY

Abstract
The article presents the results of a retrospective analysis of the results of a screening ultrasound study in the third trimester of pregnancy in 357 patients who underwent histological examination of the afterbirth after delivery. The histological structure was represented by the normal structure of placental tissue and various forms and stages of chronic placental insufficiency. The peculiarities of the parameters changes, which are routinely evaluated during the screening ultrasound in the third trimester of pregnancy: fetometry, ultrasound placentometry, Dopplerometry, depending on the histological structure of the afterbirth, are revealed.
