КЛИНИКО-ПАТОФИЗИОЛОГИЧЕСКИЕ ОСОБЕННОСТИ ПОВРЕЖДЕНИЯ БЕЛОГО ВЕЩЕСТВА ГОЛОВНОГО МОЗГА У НЕДОНОШЕННЫХ ДЕТЕЙ

Аннотация

Отдаленные неврологические нарушения, наблюдаемые у недоношенных детей, в основном определяются повреждением незрелого белого вещества. Выделены формы повреждения церебрального белого вещества у недоношенных детей, в том числе бескистозные. Малые формы повреждения белого вещества являются распространенной патологией головного мозга среди недоношенных новорожденных с малым сроком гестации (менее 28 недель). Ключевую роль в повреждении церебрального белого вещества у недоношенных новорожденных играют выраженность миелинизации церебральных структур, изменение способности клеток головного мозга к продолжению пролиферации и миграции при воздействии повреждающих факторов, активность клеток нейроглии.
