Abstract
In recent years, there is a steady tendency of increase in the number of minimally invasive, organ safety surgical treatment in thoracic oncology, such as video-assisted thoracoscopic segmentectomy, requiring a maximal information about broncho- and angioarchitectonics in the affected lung segment. The use of multislice computed tomography and postprocessing software packages allows to get highly informative three-dimensional reconstruction of broncho-vascular structures that contribute to safety and individual approach of surgical admission.

Abstract
The aim of this study was to estimate possibilities of CT and radiography in the diagnosis postperfusional pulmonary edema (PPE). Postperfusional pulmonary edema is the complication of normothermic isolated lung chemoperfusion (ILCP). In our clinic 74 patients with isolated lung metastases underwent 101 ILCP Postperfusional pulmonary edema was diagnosed in 31 (30,7%). In 9 (29%) cases PPE was manifested in the form of interstitial pulmonary edema, in 19 (61,3%) cases in form of mixed pulmonary edema and in 3 (9,7%) cases in form alveolar pulmonary edema. The study determined correlation between clinical and radiological manifestations of PPE and PPE diagnostic algorithm was developed.

Abstract
Myocardial retroperfusion in patients with acute coronary syndrome (ACS) is an actual scientific problem. Objective: To assess left ventricular (LV) function in patients with ACS in the medium term after the intervention with myocardial retroperfusion. The study included 24 patients with ACS: Group 1 consisted of 12 (50%) patients with ACS who has ST segment elevation, Group 2 - 12 (50%) patients with ACS who had no ST segment elevation. Both groups were divided in two subgroups: subgroup A - patients with retroperfusion; subgroup B - patients without retroperfusion. Results: In group 1 postoperative normalization of LV function was observed in 6 patients in the subgroup of A and in 1 patient in the subgroup B in the medium term; in group 2 postoperative normalization of LV function was observed in 4 patients in subgroup A and in 2 patients in the subgroup B. Conclusion: It is advisable to apply a retroperfusion support of myocardial blood supply technique during the intervention in patients with ACS.

Abstract
Insulinoma is the most frequently seen functional pancreatic neuroendocrine tumor. Materials and Methods: We conducted a retrospective review of 42 patients with pancreatic neuroendocrine neoplasms diagnosed pathomorpgologically and treated at the A. V. Vishnevsky Institute of Surgery, between 2011 and 2015. Results: The sensitivity in the detection of insulinoma was as follows: ultrasound - 62%, CT - 82%, MRI - 87,5%, endoscopic ultrasound - 83,3%, intraoperative ultrasound - 94,8%. Conclusions: The presence of the tumor before the operation must be confirmed by at least 2 instrumental diagnostic methods. Nesidioblastosis be suspected when a negative search result insulinoma all methods, but the final verification of the disease is possible only at the morphological study.

Abstract
Research is devoted to the development of criteria for surgical treatment of peritonitis in 32 patients with end-stage HIV infection on the basis of the characteristics of the course of the inflammatory process according to multislice computed tomography (MSCT) of the abdominal cavity. Particular attention was paid to topical localization of the inflammatory process, its prevalence, the involvement of other organs and systems. In the analysis of morphological data tuberculous infection of the abdominal cavity was present in all patients. Studies have shown the need for MSCT in all patients with suspected acute abdominal surgical pathology on the background of the terminal stage of HIV infection for the objectification of the indications for the choice of optimal primary surgical approach, as well as - to assess the dynamics of the inflammatory process in the abdominal cavity, a characteristic feature of which is unpredictable and atypical course in the postoperative period.

Abstract
Against the background of high occupational illness abroad, the figures of occupational morbidity in Russia are declining, despite more difficult working conditions. Topicality of the research is caused by the problem of low occupational diseases rate revealing in the early stages of their development and their early diagnosis. The article presents the results of the possibilities of ultrasound method in diagnostics of muscle tissue changes in myofibrosis. Results of ultrasound examination let us develop occupational myofibrosis classification according severity of disease that significantly increases efficiency of undertake expert assessment of disease relation to the job.

Abstract
Primary liver liposarcoma is an extremely rare disease, only thirteeen cases have been previously reported. We present the clinical case of primary liver liposarcoma and the first use of hepatospecific contrast media - (gadoxetic acid) for its diagnosis. A 69-year-old male patient came with complaints of abdomenal pain and fever. MR images showed a lobulated mass in both liver lobes, with high signal intencity on T2WI and local regions of signal loss on fat-saturated images (FatSat). The tumor restricted diffusion on DWI and ADC-maps and showed homogenous enhancement of the nodules and thick septa on dynamic phase images with slow wash-out on hepatobiliary phase images. The resected material appeared as red-yellow, soft - elastic disintegrating tumor with foci of necrosis. Histologycal and immunohistochemical analysis showed a dedifferentiated liposarcoma.

Abstract
Guidelines for the implementation and interpretation of myocardial perfusion single-photon emission computed tomography (SPECT) with CT-based attenuation correction (AC) are compiled on the basis of long-term (since 1978) experience of the group of authors regarding the research of myocardial perfusion in various cardiovascular diseases, and aligned with the current EANM guidelines.

Abstract
Hiatal hernias comprise approximately 90% of all diaphragmatic hernias, occur in about 5% of the adult population, may be asymptomatic or accompanied by various clinical manifestations. An important complication is edema of the mucosa which surrounds cardia. It is edema of the mucosa which can cause dysphagia and other clinical manifestations that require special anti-inflammatory treatment. Computed tomography is usually performed for suspected diseases of the chest or abdomen and the area of cardioesophageal junction is neglected. In our work the special technique of computer tomography is presented which allows the detailed examination of this anatomical region, depiction of unaltered cardia and adjacent anatomical structures, detection of the semiotics of different variations of hiatal hernias. The possibilities of CT-imaging in the detection of complications of this pathologic condition and the combination with cardioesophageal cancer are described.

Abstract
Long-term neurological sequels in preterm babies in great cases are determinated by injury of immature cerebral white matter. There are several known forms of the white matter injure including noncystes forms. The noncystes forms of the white matter injury are general cerebral pathology in the preterm babies with low gestation age (born before 28 weeks). The main causes of the white matter damage related with extent of the cerebral myelination, the modification of cerebral immature cells, glial cells ability to prolong proliferations, migration and activity for exposed damaging factors as well.
